Affiliate network IDs you optionally provide (ClickBank ID, Amazon ID etc)
Usage data — features used, content generated, pages visited
Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

Bridge Page Visitors (Email Subscribers)

Name and email address provided when subscribing to a free guide
The bridge page URL that captured the subscription
Date and time of subscription
Email engagement data (opens and clicks) via ActiveCampaign

Directory and Partner Waiting List Subscribers

Email address, and name if you give it, when you join directory updates or the partner program waiting list
Which list you joined and when
Email engagement data (opens and clicks) via our email provider
Confirmed by email before we send anything (double opt-in), then used only for what you signed up for. Unsubscribe any time

Website Visitors

Session cookies to maintain login state

All market research data is sourced from publicly available APIs and search engine data. We do not access private or proprietary competitor information.

5. Affiliate Network Data

When you enter your affiliate network IDs (ClickBank, Amazon Associates, ShareASale, Awin, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Digistore24) these are stored securely in our database and used only to personalise content generated for your account. We do not share these IDs with third parties.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted via HTTPS encryption
Passwords hashed with bcrypt — never stored in plain text
Login rate limiting to prevent brute force attacks
Security headers on all responses
Database files with restricted access permissions
Daily automated backups
Server access restricted to authorised personnel only

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. On account closure we delete personal data within 30 days unless required for legal or tax purposes. Email subscriber data is retained until unsubscribe or deletion request.

8. Your Rights — Australian Privacy Law

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)

10. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain your login state, and a Meta advertising pixel site-wide to measure ad performance and build custom audiences for our own advertising. The Meta Pixel shares data such as pages visited and general browsing activity with Meta. You can opt out via your browser's cookie settings or Meta's ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences). Disabling cookies will prevent login functionality.

11. Children

Our platform is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States (DigitalOcean). By using our platform you consent to your data being processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate protections are in place consistent with Australian privacy law.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent website notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
